You have the opportunity to get the European Diploma Supplement – an additional Supplement to TPU Diploma which provides information in English and Russian about the level, content and status of the degree obtained.
The form of the European Diploma Supplement has been developed according to recommendations of the European Commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO. The standardized form of the Diploma Supplement contains information that is generally required by recognition agencies to assess a foreign qualification (degree) as objectively as possible. Therefore, the Diploma Supplement is accepted by foreign organizations around the world, as the document significantly simplifies the procedure for recognizing education received in foreign countries for the purpose of continuing education or employment.
Procedure for Issuing
Payment for the Diploma Supplement can be made:
by transfer to the TPU account (for example, via bank's mobile application),
in cash in any bank.
Please note that the bank may charge a fee for the transfer. There’s no commission when paying through Sberbank within the Tomsk Region.

To get the European Diploma Supplement, you need to submit:
- an application;
- a copy of your TPU diploma;
- a copy of your TPU diploma supplement.
You can apply for Diploma Supplement:
- by filling in an online application form
- directly at the International Student Department (Lenina prospect, 30, TPU main building, off. 333-1,2)
- by sending the documents to the e-mail: mst@tpu.ru
